It’s already been a year. We canceled Jordan. We shelved Oman (for now). I’ve spent the last couple of months pivoting to figure out next steps.
These two trips are the answer. I’m proud of every detail, and I’m grateful you’re still here for it.
Our 2027 spring trips are live. Both are trips of a lifetime, and I'm not exaggerating.
Peru

In Peru, we’re going far beyond Machu Picchu and into the kind of experiences that are hard to put together on your own. Hands-on pottery. A remote indigenous community where we’ll learn about their weaving traditions and share a meal cooked underground with hot stones. Yoga inside an ancient temple. The kind of trip that goes beyond look-and-see.
11 days through Lima, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Cusco. Plus, an optional extension in the Amazon.
Patagonia

Patagonia is a bucket list destination. It’s a trip people usually save for retirement.
But we could all die tomorrow. And by the time we retire, our knees may not tolerate the Patagonia adventure we always dreamed of.
This one takes us to some of the most beautiful places on earth, into a glamping setup you’ll be talking about for years, and through Mendoza wine country to try some of the most renowned wines. It’s the Patagonia trip I wish existed when I went. So I created it.
11 days from Buenos Aires through Mendoza wine country, El Chaltén, and ending in Ushuaia at the bottom of the world.
If they fill
These will fill quickly. If you miss out, get on the waitlist. I can’t promise a second departure, but if we open one, the waitlist goes first.
FAQs
Solo travelers About 70% of our travelers come solo and room with someone they meet on the trip. We do roommate matching ahead of time around things like temperature preferences and noise sensitivity, so you’re not walking in blind. Solo is the move and these trips make sure your plans don’t get stuck in the group chat.
Rooming policy Our travelers are overwhelmingly women, and U&F trips are woman-centered by design. Travelers of all genders are welcome to register. However, we don’t pair strangers across genders. Couples, friends, or family booking together can share regardless of gender. If you’re solo and we can’t pair you with a same-gender roommate, single occupancy applies. At registration we’ll ask your gender (per your passport) for rooming purposes. If you’re non-binary, please email [email protected] before registering.
What if it sells out? Get on the waitlist. If we open a second departure, the waitlist goes first.
